These terms govern use of the iOS app "Sizesnap Lab" ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. Use through the App Store is additionally governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
The dimensions the app shows are estimates produced from the camera and AR. Lighting, how the garment is laid out and the device all affect the result. Do not use them where accuracy is required — official measurement, contractual guarantees, tailoring and the like. Decisions you make from these numbers, including purchases and listings, are your own responsibility.
The app can generate a size description to paste into resale apps. Responsibility for the accuracy of what you publish rests with you, and you must follow the rules of the platform you publish on.
Sizesnap Lab Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. Payment, refunds and purchase history are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies. On the same Apple Account, "Restore Purchase" on the Pro screen restores your entitlement.
Reverse engineering the app, using it in violation of applicable law, or using it to infringe the rights of others is prohibited.
The app is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
Measurements and photos are stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details. Deleting the app permanently removes this data.
