Tap a square and it rises by one, while the four squares beside it drop by one. Heights wrap at three: a square pushed past the top falls all the way to zero. Make every square the same height and the plate is done — any height will do. How to play is always available from the menu.
Press Turn, at the bottom right, to rotate the sheet by ninety degrees. Hold it and the sheet keeps turning, stopping wherever you let go. A square that no angle can recover is drawn as a red dashed outline, and pressing that outline moves the square it belongs to.
The fewest taps the plate can be solved in. As in golf, coming in under par is marked with a ring and going over with a box. You can finish a plate however many taps it takes.

The App honours the silent switch, deliberately, so it never makes a noise you did not expect in public. If sound is still missing with the switch off, check that Sound is turned on in the menu.
They need Game Center. Sign in from Settings → Game Center on your device. The whole game is playable without it.
Deleting the App removes your records and progress from the device. A Pro purchase stays on your Apple Account, so Restore Purchases brings it back after reinstalling.
