Read-OK Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks pasting your own text to measure. The price is shown on the App Store purchase screen. It is not a subscription. Restore from the Pro screen or Settings → Restore purchases.

On Home, pick a classic passage (or choose from Recently popular) → start recording on the reading screen → after analysis you'll see scores and readings. Allow the microphone when prompted (audio is not sent off your device).

Yes. On iPhone go to Settings → Read-OK → Language and choose English. In English UI the passage is horizontal, with furigana and romaji under annotated words.

You can compare curated-literature scores across six boards: presence, melody, pacing, dynamics, finish, and overall. Sign into Game Center to join world rankings. Custom-passage (Pro) scores never enter rankings.

Scores, settings, and custom-passage history stay on your device. Audio analysis also runs on device. Recordings are deleted after analysis and are never sent to the developer's servers.

If noise is high or the voice is too quiet / too close for a reliable reading, the app skips scoring and shows why. Try a quieter place and hold the phone a little farther away.
