By using Wordsline ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
Wordsline（以下「本アプリ」）を使用することにより、以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
The App is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
本アプリは販売ではなくライセンスされます。Apple メディアサービス利用規約に従い、お客様が所有または管理する Apple デバイス上で本アプリを使用する限定的、非独占的、譲渡不可のライセンスが付与されます。
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Photo Scan") to unlock the OCR scanning feature. This is a non-consumable purchase and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store's refund policies.
本アプリは、OCRスキャン機能を解除するための買い切り型アプリ内課金（「写真スキャン」）を提供します。非消耗型の購入であり、同じ Apple ID でサインインしたデバイスで復元できます。すべての購入は Apple によって処理され、App Store の返金ポリシーが適用されます。
The App uses external dictionary and translation APIs to provide its features. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. The developer is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
本アプリは機能を提供するために外部の辞書・翻訳APIを利用します。これらのサービスには独自の利用規約・プライバシーポリシーがある場合があります。開発者はサードパーティサービスの可用性や正確性について責任を負いません。
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy of dictionary definitions, translations, or OCR results.
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。開発者は辞書の定義、翻訳、またはOCR結果の正確性を保証しません。
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccurate translations.
適用法で許容される最大限の範囲において、開発者は本アプリの使用または使用不能に起因する間接的、偶発的、特別、または結果的損害（データの損失や翻訳の不正確さを含むがこれに限らない）について一切の責任を負いません。
The developer reserves the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Third-party API services used by the App may also become unavailable independently of the developer.
開発者は、事前の通知なく、本アプリまたはその機能の一部を終了する権利を有します。本アプリが利用するサードパーティAPIサービスも、開発者とは独立に利用できなくなる場合があります。
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
本規約は随時更新される場合があります。変更後も本アプリの使用を継続することにより、更新された規約に同意したものとみなされます。
