Pitchline and Pitchline+ ("the App") respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the App handles.

The App does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on developer servers. All game records (batting averages, pitch predictions, scores) are stored locally on your device.

The App uses Apple's Game Center service for leaderboards. When you are signed in to Game Center, the following data is sent to Apple's servers:
This data is associated with your Game Center account and is managed by Apple. The developer does not have access to your Apple ID or personal Game Center profile data. Game Center is optional; the App functions fully without it.

The Apple Watch version uses CoreMotion to read wrist orientation for zone targeting. This motion data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted, stored, or shared.

The App includes publicly available MLB Statcast pitch data bundled within the app. No network requests are made during gameplay.

Game records and preferences are stored locally using UserDefaults and App Groups on your device. Data is shared between the Apple Watch app and its iPhone companion via a shared App Group container.

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple Game Center, as described above.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected or transmitted by the developer, the App is suitable for all ages.

All local data is stored on your device. To delete all app data, simply uninstall the App. Game Center data can be managed through your Apple ID settings. You may also contact us at trim.hoist.6b@icloud.com for any data-related requests.
