ABS Challenge ("the App") is developed and operated by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy describes how the App handles user information.
The App does not collect personal data on any developer server. There is no account system, no analytics SDK, and no third-party advertising. Local game state — scores, accuracy history, team names and colors, and settings — is stored on your device using iOS UserDefaults and never leaves your device.
The App contains no third-party advertising and does no tracking across other companies' apps or websites. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
If you choose to sign in to Game Center (a service provided by Apple), the App submits your best scores — Top Speed (mph), Top Spin (rpm), Best Score, and Best Accuracy — to Apple's leaderboards. Score submission is handled entirely by Apple's GameKit framework. The developer does not have access to your Game Center identity beyond what is publicly visible on the leaderboard. The App stores progress data (best scores, accuracy history, team names/colors, settings) locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the App.
The App uses only Apple's own frameworks (SwiftUI, SceneKit, GameKit, AVFoundation, Core Haptics). These are not third parties, and the App sends no data to any external service.
The App contains no objectionable content and collects no data. It does not knowingly collect data from children of any age.
If the App's data practices change in a future version (for example, if optional features are added), this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before that version is released.
